4 Ingredient Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf

Happy Monday Refined Ambiance Fam! Ever since I was a child I have always loved baked goods. Especially Banana Loaf. My first time having Banana Loaf was a Banana Walnut Loaf. The combination of the soft bananas and the crunch from the walnut was a match made in heaven. I have been spending a lot of time with my family making different variations of Banana Loaf. I thought it would be nice if I shared with you guys a super easy recipe for Banana Loaf.

This easy banana bread is super moist and delicious. You would never guess that it’s made with just 4 simple ingredients! There’s also so many ingredients you can mix in to the batter to take it up a notch. I’ve mixed in blueberries, walnuts, and cinnamon. Today’s recipe will feature Milk Chocolate Chips.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line two 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pans with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, smash the bananas.
  4. Add the vegetable oil and eggs, then whisk until smooth.
  5. Add the cake mix and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  6. Split and pour the batter into two loaf pans lined with parchment paper and nonstick baking spray.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
  8. Cool before slicing and serve.
