Happy Monday Refined Ambiance Fam! Ever since I was a child I have always loved baked goods. Especially Banana Loaf. My first time having Banana Loaf was a Banana Walnut Loaf. The combination of the soft bananas and the crunch from the walnut was a match made in heaven. I have been spending a lot of time with my family making different variations of Banana Loaf. I thought it would be nice if I shared with you guys a super easy recipe for Banana Loaf.
This easy banana bread is super moist and delicious. You would never guess that it’s made with just 4 simple ingredients! There’s also so many ingredients you can mix in to the batter to take it up a notch. I’ve mixed in blueberries, walnuts, and cinnamon. Today’s recipe will feature Milk Chocolate Chips.
Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 15 oz vanilla cake mix, 1 box
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Parchment paper
- Two 9×5 pans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Line two 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pans with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, smash the bananas.
- Add the vegetable oil and eggs, then whisk until smooth.
- Add the cake mix and chocolate chips and stir to combine.
- Split and pour the batter into two loaf pans lined with parchment paper and nonstick baking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
- Cool before slicing and serve.
